The city captivated us with its tropical paradise-like beauty, the ever-present sea, and the growing potential of the construction industry. But we knew there would be a great challenge: how could we make a difference among so many well-established companies?
That’s when we decided to bring our passion for classical art into the very foundations of Gessele. To us, every development should carry meaning — a legacy.
And that´s why, from 2012 on, the names inspired by kings and queens emerged — figures who made history, just as we wanted to make ours.
From the beginning, we envisioned each project as if it were our own home. Every detail receives our careful attention, our love, and our dedication.
We wish our developments to be more than just buildings — to be places where families create memories, where life truly happens.

Considering the entire strategic direction, including internal and external factors, the needs and expectations of interested parties and their requirements, as well as the company’s units, functions, physical boundaries, activities, products, and services, along with its authority and ability to exercise control and influence, Gessele Empreendimentos establishes the following scope for its Integrated Management System (IMS): Construction of luxury developments.
